Neel De Silva

Founder cum Chairman

Being the co-founder of the company Neel is also known as the brain behind all innovations of SRL. He is a BA Economist of 70s era, and serving the industry for more than 30 years. Neel’s contribution spans beyond the desk and getting his hands dirty in the fields. He is a veteran in data collection, with thorough knowledge of political and social facts.
He assumed duties as the Chief Executive Officer of SRL  in year 2005. Ever since the direction and guidance provided by him led to many innovation setting up the basics to transform into a tech driven research company. Currently he serves as the chairman and Executive-Drirector of the company

Mihirani Dissanayake

With more than 15 years of experience in research field Mihirani had worked on social, political and market research avenues. Her passion in the field accounted to serve more than 50 companies and clients around the world. Always envisioning new prospects to the industry she is one pioneer member who launched Tech enabled market research in the country. Mihirani was a Business management graduate of University of Kelaniya, and earned her MSc from University of Jayawardenepura.
Being an active member SLIM her leadership is extensive in bringing the true outcome from a research.
